Aeotec Multisensor 6

Competition:

There are quite a few movement sensors on the market. You have the Fibaro Motion sensor, Neo Coolcam motion sensor, Hank Motion Sensor and Zipato / Philio motion sensor. The first of Fibaro is the best known. If we put this against the Aeotec version then they are almost the same size. The Fibaro looks a bit smaller due to its convex shape. Both have a temperature and tamper alarm and of course a motion detector. The Aeotec has of course even more sensor on board such as a UV meter, shock sensor and humidity sensor. Because of these 3 sensors, it is unique in the market since the competition does not have all of this.

The Fibaro is known for its setting options, the Aeotec has almost as many setting options. A nice feature of the Fibaro variant is that you can use the LED, for example, to indicate the temperature. The question is of course whether you will use that a lot.

The Neo Coolcam is the cheapest variant with its € 39.95 and the Aeotec the most expensive. The Neo Coolcam is primarily a winner with its cheap price and if you are only looking for a motion detector, it is also a winner in terms of size.

Now back to the Aeotec again. You choose this especially if you want more sensors and if you don't want to change batteries. Due to its fixed power connection, this is not necessary. This makes it unique, because no other competitor has this.
