Blastbot

Conclusion:

With the Blastbot you can easily ensure that you no longer need 3 remote controls to operate your devices. You can now control everything with the APP on your smartphone. Adding devices is easy and there seems to be a large database, so that your device is always there. If this is not the case, you also have the option to learn the buttons yourself.

The APP is simple and works and responds well. With the automation part you can easily set that your TV should be switched on at a certain time. You can also arrange here that when the TV is switched on, the stereo must also be switched on.

There are several ways to connect your home automation controller to the Blastbot. This is done by sending a request to Blastbot's cloud server. During my testing this all works quickly and reliably. If you have a Fibaro Home Center 2 you can also use a local call, which of course works better because you don't have to go to the internet.

As negatives, I must mention that the Blastbot must be properly aimed. There is no 360-degree IR LEDs available.

It is for sale for € 79.95.

So: are you looking for a way to easily operate your IR devices? Then the Blastbot is a great option.
